A lovely two-bedroom holiday home in Mawgan Porth, just 100 metres from the beach. For wonderful summer holidays at the stunning golden sandy beach, beautiful cliff walks and all year round surfing at one of the best surf spots in Cornwall, Mawgan Porth is the perfect UK holiday destination.
1 Europa Court is a bright and stylish ground floor corner apartment with views towards the beach. The living area overlooks the gardens and private patio where you can relax with a glass of fizz at the end of the day, or a morning coffee made from the top of the range Sage coffee machine.
Relax and unwind on the large comfy corner sofa at the end of a long day at the beach. The 55" Smart TV offers plenty of streaming services to entertain you all, including Disney Plus to keep the kids happy! There is also a bluetooth speaker so you can listen to your favourite music.
Pack a picnic in the hamper provided and enjoy the amazing sunsets at the beach.The heated outdoor swimming pool, open from May to September and the private on site tennis courts offer further activities to entertain kids and adults alike. There are body boards and tennis rackets and balls provided for use during your stay so you don't even need to pack them for your trip.
There is a private carpark opposite where you can leave your car. And with shops, cafes, restaurants and so many activities nearby, you won't need to use your car at all during your stay.
If you want to explore the local area, there is plenty to see and do. The picturesque harbour town of Padstow is a 20 minute drive away, offering fine dining at Rick Steins seafood restaurants, local shops, boat trips and sandy beaches. Padstow is at the start of the Camel Trail, so hire a bike and take in the stunning scenery and wildlife along the route. There are places to stop along the way for refreshments and the mainly traffic free, level path is ideal for all ages and is a great family day out.
Newquay offers plenty of shops, activities, surfing and family entertainment, including a Zoo and Aquarium, and is just a 15 minute drive away.

A great base for exploring! Your Place by the Sea was just what we needed for our stay in Mawgan Porth. Upon arrival it was easy to access the property. The property was clean and tidy and exactly what we expected from the pictures shown. A major thing for us was that the beds were all very comfortable (we have the worst luck!) and the property was warm. The location is what really makes this property a 5* stay. In walking distance to the beach and easily done with boards and beach gear. Also in walking distance to cafes and the restaurants - all are child & dog friendly. This property welcomes a well behaved dog. It is worth bearing in mind though that dogs (quite rightly) are not allowed on the green spaces around the property. So if your dog has a tendency to want to go out at 2am - it’s a walk down the road. Having said that, this would not put us off staying here again. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again. We already miss Mawgan Porth!

We had a wonderful time at Joanna's place. Mawgan Porth is the perfect little beachside place and located excellently in Cornwall for exploring the county. The flat had everything we needed including an excellent coffee machine. We were less than a 5 min walk from the beach and I already miss not hearing the sea from the front patio. Joanna was super helpful and answered any questions I had plus found my keys that I accidentally left behind. We hope to come back very soon.
